Over nearly 20 years at New England Conservatory, I led financial aid and enrollment operations supporting approximately 800 students annually. I managed a team of six Enrollment staff, directed the allocation of approximately $21 million in institutional financial aid, and oversaw a work-study program serving more than 550 students each year. My responsibilities included financial aid strategy and administration, regulatory compliance, policy and procedure development, federal and state reporting, audit coordination, and collaboration across enrollment and institutional teams.
